目的：探讨感染病科进行备灾管理的措施。方法在医院紧急救援体系下，感染病科建立灾害备灾管理小组，制定灾害救援相关制度、预案、职责、流程，进行灾害救护培训，建立通畅的灾害救治场地，提供持续的政策和经费保障。结果2003年3月～2016年3月，举行了30余场救灾实战拉练，获批了6项国家级科研项目，参加了5次国际级灾害救援，成功阻止了疫情蔓延。结论良好的备灾体系反应迅速、防控结合，能有效减少灾害带来的损失，感染病科建立健全灾害管理体系十分必要。%Objective The paper to discuss measures that the infectious disease department taken to manage disaster preparedness.MethodsIn the hospital’s first-aid system,the infectious disease department established a team of disaster preparedness,formulated rules,plans,duties as wel as processes related to disaster assistance,carried out rescue training,kept unobstructed places for treatment,and provided sustainable favorable policies and financial support. ResultsDuring the time period from March 2003 to March 2016,over 30 rescue practices were carried out,6 national scientific research projects were approved,and 5 international disasters witnessed our engagement in rescue. We have succeeded in stopping epidemics spreading. Conclusion A sound system of disaster preparedness guarantees quick responses and the combination between prevention and control,which effectively reduces losses brought by disasters. Therefore,it’s necessary for the infectious disease department to establish and improve the disaster management system.
