急性闭塞性脑梗死介入溶栓术的护理体会

摘要

Objective Clinical nursing effect of interventional thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction was analyzed. MethodsFrom December 2014 to December 2015,49 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research object,and the nursing measures were analyzed.Results After nursing,all patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with good therapeutic effect,and there were few complications.Conclusion The nursing staff to strengthen the understanding of acute occlusive cerebral infarction,understand its complications principle,in order to achieve early discovery early treatment,improve the cure rate.%目的：探析介入溶栓术在治疗急性闭塞性脑梗死中的临床护理效果。方法选取2014年12月～2015年12月收治的49例急性闭塞性脑梗死患者为研究对象，对其护理措施进行探讨分析。结果经护理后，所有急性闭塞性脑梗死患者均获得良好的治疗效果，且较少出现并发症。结论护理人员需加强对急性闭塞性脑梗死的护理，了解其并发症发生原理，以实现早发现早治疗，提高治愈率。
