全自动清洗消毒机在医疗器械清洗中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of application of full automatic cleaning disinfecting machine in medical equipment washing. Methods300 commonly used medical equipment in the hospital from June 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each group. Control group took conventional instrument for washing and disinfecting,and observation group took full automatic cleaning disinfecting machine for disinfecting. The cleaning quality and work efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe work efficiency of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). The percent of pass of instrument washing disinfecting in observation group was 92.7%,which was significantly higher than 83.3% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of full automatic cleaning disinfecting machine in the application of medical equipment washing is good,which can significantly improve washing quality,increase work efficiency and decrease the incidence of infections in hospital.%目的：探讨在医疗器械清洗中应用全自动清洗消毒机的效果。方法选取2013年6月～2015年10月在我院常用的300件医疗器械，将其随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，各150件。对照组采用常规的器械清洗消毒，观察组应用全自动的清洗消毒机对器械进行消毒，对比分析两组清洗质量及劳动功效。结果观察组的劳动功效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组器械清洗消毒合格率为92.7%，高于对照组的83.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全自动清洗消毒机在医疗器械清洗中的应用效果较好，可有效提升清洗质量，提高劳动功效，降低医院感染事件发生几率。
