护理会诊制度在压疮预警干预程序中的应用

摘要

目的：评价护理会诊制度应用于压疮预警干预程序中的成效。方法对130例皮肤潜在压疮风险患者实施护理会诊制度，预防压疮发生。结果实施护理会诊制度后，无一例压疮发生。结论采用护理会诊制度做好皮肤潜在压疮风险患者的皮肤管理，能及时有效的预防压疮发生，减轻患者痛苦，缩短患者住院日。%Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the application of nursing consultation system in the early warning and intervention program of pressure ulcer.Methods 130 cases of potential pressure ulcer risk patients to implement nursing consultation system to prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers. Results After the implementation of nursing consultation system,there was no one case of pressure ulcer occurred.Conclusion Nursing consultation system to do a good job in potential pressure ulcer risk patients with skin management,can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers,reduce the pain of patients,shorten the hospital stay.
