精液液化异常与精浆脂蛋白α的检测与分析

摘要

Objective To detect the level of seminal plasma lipoprotein α in the patients with abnormal semen liquefaction,and investigate the effect of seminal plasma lipoprotein α and abnormal semen liquefaction.Methods86 cases of abnormal semen liquefaction patients in our hospital were taken as the study group,35 cases of normal healthy persons were examined as the control group. The semen was analyzed for two groups of patients,after detection the level of plasma lipoprotein α.ResultsThe level of plasma lipoprotein α in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal semen liquefaction and seminal plasma lipoprotein α has a certain correlation,can be used as an indicator of clinical diagnosis of male infertility.%目的：检测精液液化异常患者精浆脂蛋白α的水平，探讨精浆脂蛋白α对精液液化异常的影响。方法将我院收治的精液液化异常患者86例作为研究组，将35例同期检查精液液化正常的健康者作为对照组，对两组患者进行精液常规分析之后检测脂蛋白a的水平。结果研究组患者精浆脂蛋白α水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论精液液化异常与精浆脂蛋白α含量具有一定的相关性，可作为男性不育症临床诊断的一个指标。
