清肝泻火止痛汤对老年紧张型头痛的治疗效果观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of qinggan xiehuo zhitong decoction in elderly patients with tension type headache therapeutic effect.Methods 80 patients with tension type headache patients from 2014 to 2015 years in our hospital were randomly divide 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group,each group of 40 cases and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group treated with traditional chinese medicine qinggan xiehuo decoction treatment,compared two groups of patients.ResultsIn the observation group were treated with efficiency,pain score and the adverse reaction rate was better than the control group,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clearing liver and purging fire zhitong decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with tension type headache effect and safety.%目的：观察清肝泻火止痛汤对老年紧张型头痛的治疗效果。方法选取2014～2015年来我院就诊的老年紧张型头痛患者80例，随机将80例患者分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组予以西药常规治疗，观察组予以中药清肝泻火止痛汤合剂治疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果观察组的治疗有效率、疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论清肝泻火止痛汤治疗老年紧张型头痛效果显著，且安全性高。
