玻璃体切除术治疗复杂眼外伤的临床护理探究

摘要

目的：探讨玻璃体切除术治疗复杂眼外伤的护理方法与效果。方法回顾性分析我院复杂眼外伤玻璃体切除术患者临床资料。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6.7%，低于对照组患者术后并发症发生率的25.0%，P＜0.05，观察组患者只有3例表示不满意，护理满意度为95.0%，对照组患者有17例对护理工作不满意，满意度为71.7%，观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者，P＜0.05。结论针对玻璃体切除术治疗的复杂眼外伤患者，综合护理的应用取得了良好的护理效果。%Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effects of vitrectomy for complicated ocular trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with complicated ocular trauma in our hospital.Results Observation group of patients with postoperative complication rate was 6.7%, significantly lower than the control group of patients with postoperative complication rate of 25.0%,P<0.05,and the observation group only 3 cases were not satisfied and nursing satisfaction was 95.0%. In the control group had 17 cases were not satisfied,satisfaction rate was 71.7%. Observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In view of the complicated ocular trauma patients treated by vitrectomy,the application of comprehensive nursing care has achieved good results.
