不剃毛备皮对术前消毒效果影响的研究

摘要

Objective To inquire the influence of non-shaving skin preparation on preoperative disinfection.Methods Self-control pre-and post test was used to detect the content of bacteria on the operative skin area.ResultsThe content of bacteria on the skin had no statisticaly different between the area with and without fair.Conclusion Non-shaving skin preparation did not influence preoperative disinfection.%目的：探讨不剃毛备皮对术前消毒效果的影响。方法采用自身前后对照方法，对术野有毛区和无毛区皮肤进行消毒前后的细菌含量检测。结果术野有毛区和无毛区在消毒前后细菌菌落数差异无统计学意义。结论不剃毛备皮不影响术前消毒效果，这为临床推行不剃毛备皮提供了证据。
