分析血液透析抢救药物中毒及毒物中毒患者护理后的治疗效果

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate t poisoning by hemodialysis and the effect of nursing care of patients with drug poisoning.Methods 86 cases of drug poisoning and poisoning patients were divided into intervention group and general group. The patients in general group were treated with routine nursing. The intervention group was treated with nursing intervention.Results The patients’total effective rate in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and shorten the length of hospital stay.%目的：探讨临床护理对血液透析抢救药物中毒及毒物中毒患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法将在我院接受治疗的86例药物中毒及毒物中毒患者平均分成干预组和一般组，对两组患者实施血液透析治疗，治疗过程中对一般组患者实施常规护理，对干预组患者实施护理干预。结果干预组患者的治疗总有效率高于一般组（P＜0.05），住院时间短于一般组（P＜0.05）。结论对行血液透析抢救的药物中毒及毒物中毒患者实施干预护理，可有效改善患者临床治疗效果，缩短患者住院时间。
