超敏C反应蛋白联合血脂检测对2型糖尿病临床价值分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of CRP and blood lipid in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.MethodsChoosing 66 patients from December 2013 to May 2015 with type 2 diabetes as observation group,while 66 healthy cases of into the control group. CRP,TC,TG,HDL,LDL were detected and compared differences.Results There were significant differences CRP and blood lipids between the two groups(P<0.05). The level of CRP was positively correlated with TC,TG and LDL,but negatively correlated with HDL.Conclusion CRP and blood lipid index combined detection has important clinical application value in the determination of atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.%目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（CRP）及血脂检测对2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的临床诊断价值。方法选取2013年12月～2015年5月我院所接收2型糖尿病患者66例为观察组，同期健康体检者66例为对照组。空腹抽取静脉血，对CRP、TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平进行检测，比较两组差异。结果两组CRP及血脂各指标水平差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其中，CRP与TG、TC、LDL均呈正相关，而与HDL呈负相关。结论 CRP与血脂指标联合检测对判断2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化具有重要的临床应用价值。
