健康教育在临床护理实践中存在的问题及探讨

         

摘要

随着整体护理不断深入,健康教育越来越重要。目前,临床患者健康教育工作主要由护理人员完成,但大多数护理人员在学校没有接受系统的健康教育基础理论知识和技能培训,也没有科学的健康教育质量考核、评价体系。因此,加快护理人员护理健康教育理论知识和技能的培养,建立和完善护理健康教育组织和质量管理考评体系,是提高健康教育质量关键所在。%With the continuous deepening of holistic nursing,health education is becoming more and more important. Currently,health education of clinical patients is mainly completed by the nursing staff. However,most of the nursing staff did not receive systematic theoretical knowledge of health education and skill training at school. Moreover,there is no scientific health education quality assessment and evaluation system. Therefore,accelerating the cultivation of the nursing health education in theoretical knowledge and skills among nursing staff,establishing and improving the nursing health education organization and quality management evaluation system are the keys to improve the quality of health education.
