刺络放血疗法在脑外伤性呕吐中的应用

摘要

Objective To verify natural valey holes and Gongsun points of bloodletting effect on traumatic brain injury vomiting.Methods Due to cerebral trauma caused 60 patients with severe vomiting,patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture bloodletting treatment group and western medicine group,compared to the therapeutic effect.ResultsTreatment group was significantly higher than control group in relieve vomiting medicine(P<0.05).ConclusionPricking blood therapy in traumatic brain injury vomiting has application effect,and by clinical observation, with a quick,safe advantage.%目的：验证然谷穴和公孙穴放血对脑外伤性呕吐的疗效。方法选取因脑外伤性引起剧烈呕吐的患者60例，将患者随机分为针刺放血治疗组和西药对照组，对比治疗效果。结果点刺放血治疗组呕吐缓解高于西药对照组（P＜0.05）。结论点刺放血疗法在脑外伤性呕吐应用中疗效确切，并经临床观察，具有见效快、安全的优势。
