基于行动研究法的饮食指导对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进食的影响

摘要

目的：研究在行动研究法基础上给予脑卒中吞咽障碍患者饮食指导对患者进食的影响。方法选取我院2015年1～12月收治的68例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行研究。所有患者经过一定的治疗后，给予其常规护理，并在行动研究法基础上采取饮食指导，包括识别问题、护理计划、护理行动及反思4方面。比较患者护理前后营养状况及护理满意度。结果护理后患者自主进食时间、实际进食比例、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臀围较护理前得到改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；患者对护理满意度高达94.1%。结论在行为研究法基础上给予脑卒中吞咽障碍患者饮食指导，可有效改善患者进食及营养不良状况，增强进食效果，缓解患者营养不良症状，利于患者吞咽功能恢复。%ObjectiveTo study the feed influence of patients with swalowing disorder after stroke by diet guide based on the action research methods.Methods To selected 68 cases of patients with swalowing disorder after stroke at our hospital from the January to December 2015 for studying,al the patients were given the routine nursing after the definite treatment,and to treated by diet guide based on the action research methods,that was included 4 aspects of the identification problem,nursing planning,nursing action and introspection. To compared the nutriture and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing.ResultsAfter nursing,the independent feeding time,actualy eating proportion,triceps skinfold thickness and high hip after nursing was improved that compared with that before nursing,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was reached up to the 94.1% of patients.Conclusion That effective improve the feed and malnutrition of patients by diet guide based on the action research method,to enhance the effect of feeding,and to relieve the malnutrition of patients,that help for the recovery of swalowing function.
