探讨脑梗死急性期护理干预对脑梗死后抑郁状态的效果

摘要

目的：研讨脑梗死急性期护理干预对脑梗死后抑郁状态的效果。方法随机抽取2014年1～12月脑梗死急性期患者共计80例，将其随机分成两组，分别是观察组与对照组，每组40例，其中对照组的患者采用常规护理；观察组的患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预。比较两组患者的HAMD评分及神经功能缺损的评分情况。结果观察组患者HAMD评分及神经功能缺损的评分下降程度高于对照组，且组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑梗死急性期护理干预对脑梗死后抑郁状态的效果优。%Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction in acute stage of cerebral infarction.MethodsRandomly selected from January to December 2014 in the acute period of cerebral infarction in patients with a total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,respectively was the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,which patients in the control group by routine nursing. Patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing in implementation of psychological nursing intervention. The scores of HAMD and neurological deficits were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the scores of HAMD and neurological deficits were decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction in acute stage is significant.
