医学人文思想在JCI医院认证标准中的体现及我院实践

摘要

人文思想在医学发展和临床工作中有着举足轻重的作用。从医学人文内涵角度考虑，医学人文理念在医院中应该更多体现在以人文的工作方式解决患者的健康问题，体现在医学技术与人文的有机结合。本文主要分析JCI医院认证（Joint Commission International Accreditation Hospital Survey）标准和认证方式中的人文思想，以及在本院实践中的感悟，探讨性提出我国医院现阶段推进医学人文建设中可以借鉴的有效方法。%Humanity philosophy played a significant role in the medical development and the practice of medical work. The importance of medical humanity philosophy in hospital should be focused on solving patients’ health problem with humanity methods. And it should be expressed by the good combination of medical methods and humanistic pattern. This article was aimed to analyzing the humanity thoughts in JCI international hospital attestation standards and its inspection process. By introducing and analyzing the practice of JCI attestation in the hospital,the author discussed the methods of promoting medical humanity construction in hospital,and makes some suggestion.
