早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）母儿围产期并发症的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the early nursing intervention effect in gestational diabetes care effects on mother and perinatal complications. Methods In 50 cases of gestational diabetes mel itus pregnant women in our hospital as the research object,the patients were divided into observation group and control group on average,the control group,routine nursing group to join the early nursing intervention. Results Of al kinds of complications,the observation group is lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Scientific and effective nursing intervention can radical y reduce early gestational diabetes mother and perinatal complications.%目的：分析早期护理干预作用于妊娠期糖尿病护理中对母儿围产期并发症的影响。方法以我院收治的50例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象，将患者平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组行常规护理，观察组加入早期护理干预。结果各类并发症发生率比较，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论科学有效的早期护理干预能够从根本上降低妊娠期糖尿病母儿围产期并发症的发生。
