关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods50 cases of patients with the disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,A and B. A group as treatment group,with combined treatment. B group as control group,only used arthroscopic debridement.ResultsThe scores of A and B in the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,the two groups were compared,and the A group was higher than the B group.ConclusionArthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee has obvious curative effect.%目的：观察关节镜清理术配合透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择我院该病患者50例，随机分为A、B两组。A组为治疗组，进行联合治疗；B组为对照组，仅进行关节镜清理术。结果 A、B两组治疗后评分均高于治疗前；两组间进行比较，A组高于B组。结论关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有理想的疗效。
