眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤的临床分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap in combination with double eyelid surgery to repair the old upper eyelid eyelid yelow tumour clinical effect.MethodsIn our line of upper eyelid eyelid yelow tumour repair of 20 cases of elderly patients as the research object. Al patients were performed the orbicularis oculi flap with double eyelid surgery therapy,the therapeutic effects were observed.Results Patients received surgery were stage I heal,flap of colour and uster is good. After a six-month folow-up on patients,patients with skin flap contracture did not happen,al are survival,patients with eyelid shape a more natural,upper eyelid inside canthus place not seen angulation deformities,postoperative patients with tumor recurrence.ConclusionThe orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap in combination with double eyelid surgery to repair the old upper eyelid eyelid yelow tumor of effect is remarkable,which can effectively keep patients with facial beauty.%目的：探讨眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤的临床效果。方法以在我院行上睑睑黄瘤修复的20例老年患者为研究对象，所有患者均行眼轮匝皮瓣联合重睑术治疗，观察患者治疗效果。结果患者接受手术后均I期愈合，皮瓣色泽良好。对患者进行为期6个月的随访后，患者皮瓣未出现挛缩情况，所有均成活，患者眼睑形态较为自然，上睑内眦处未见成角畸形，术后无肿瘤复发患者。结论眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤效果满意，可有效保持患者面部美观。
