老年胃癌患者行腹腔镜与开腹根治术的临床效果和术后并发症分析

Objective To study the treatment effect and postoperative complications of laparoscopic and open gastric cancer radical prostatectomy in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods168 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were divided into research group and the control group(n=84). Research group adopted laparoscopic colon surgery,control group adopted open gastric cancer radical prostatectomy. To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups of patients. ResultsThe surgical time and remove nodes number for differences of Two groups was not significant(P>0.05),Other intraoperative and postoperative indicators had significant difference(P<0.05). The complication rate of research group was lower than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscope assisted radical gastrectomy is minimaly invasive,quick recovery,less complications,and the radical cure effect was same with open surgery.%目的：探讨老年胃癌患者行腹腔镜和开腹胃癌根治术的治疗效果和术后并发症发生情况。方法168例老年胃癌患者，分为研究组和对照组各84例，研究组患者行腹腔镜手术，对照组患者行开腹根治术，观察两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果两组患者手术时间和清除淋巴结枚数比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），其他术中、术后各项指标比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术具有微创、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，和开腹手术具有相同的肿瘤根治效果。
