沙眼的临床诊治分析

摘要

目的：讨论并分析沙眼的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法选取2015年10月～2016年1月，在我院就诊的沙眼患者37例，对其诊断及治疗方法进行回顾性的分析。结果37例患者的上睑结膜滤泡、弥漫性浸润、乳头增生及血管模糊情况得到改善，其中32例患者共64眼治愈，5例患者共10眼情况好转。结论尽早的沙眼诊断可以提高沙眼的治愈率，有效的预防措施是提升沙眼患者预后的保障。%Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of trachoma.MethodsFrom October 2015 to January 2016 period,trachoma patients in our hospital for medical treatment of 37 patients were analyzed retrospectively to its diagnosis and treatment.Results 37 patients with folicular conjunctiva,and diffuse infiltration,papilary hyperplasia and vascular blurring been greatly improved,in which 32 patients with a total of 64 eyes were cured and 5 patients were 10 eyes improved.ConclusionThe early diagnosis of chlamydia trachomatis can greatly improve the cure rate, effective preventive measure is to enhance the prognosis of patients with trachoma protection.
