盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗妇科盆腔炎临床分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride treating gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods110 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected,50 patients in the control group given of loxacin and metronidazole as intravenous drip.60 patients in the treatment group given levofloxacin and metronidazole as intravenous drip. The treatment effect of two groups were analyzed.Results In the treatment group,the clinical effect was significantly superior to the control group,and the remission time and medication time were less than the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). In two groups,no serious alergies occurred due to medication.Conclusion For patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases,levofloxacin has good clinical effect and high safety,which is an ideal medication for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory.%目的：分析盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗妇科盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法盆腔炎患者110例，依据用药情况给予分组，对照组患者50例，给予注射用氧氟沙星和甲硝唑静脉滴注；治疗组患者60例，给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和甲硝唑静脉滴注，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗效果优越于对照组，且症状缓解时间及用药时间均少于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者均没有因用药导致严重过敏情况发生。结论对于妇科盆腔炎患者应用盐酸左氧氟沙星进行治疗的临床效果较好，安全性高，为理想的盆腔炎治疗用药。
