研究健脾益肺化痰中药治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨呼吸机相关性肺炎使用健脾益肺化痰中药治疗的效果。方法选取了82例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者来进行研究分析，对照组使用常规西医治疗，治疗组使用西医和中医健脾益肺化痰雾化吸入治疗，对比治疗情况。结果治疗组的PaO2/FiO2比对照组高，CPIS比对照组低，结果差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组抗生素使用量、通气时间、ICU治疗时间均为治疗组较少，结果具有统计学差异性（P＜0.05）。结论呼吸机相关性肺炎使用健脾益肺化痰中药雾化吸入联合西药治疗的效果比单纯西药治疗要好，安全性更高。%ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of using the traditional chinese medicine therapy on the treatment of ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods We selected 82 cases of ventilator associated pneumonia patients to conduct research and analysis,control group using routine western medicine treatment, treatment group using western medicine and jianpiyifeihuatan treatment,compared to treatment.ResultsIn the treatment group,the PaO2/FiO2 was higher than that of control group,and the CPIs was lower than that of control group,results were statisticaly significant(P<0.05),two groups of antibiotics use volume,ventilation time and ICU stay are treatment group were less,and the result was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). ConclusionThe use of ventilator associated pneumonia in the treatment of traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment is better than simple western medicine treatment,higher safety.
