切开复位内固定联合VSD治疗开放性胫骨Pilon骨折的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨切开复位内固定联合VSD治疗开放性胫骨Pilon骨折的效果。方法将40例开放性胫骨Pilon骨折患者分为两组。对照组予以切开复位内固定治疗，观察组予以切开复位内固定联合VSD治疗。对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%，高于对照组的75.5%（P＜0.05）。结论切开复位内固定联合VSD治疗开放性胫骨Pilon骨折效果较好。%Objective To study the effect of open reduction and internal fixation of joint VSD for the treatment of open tibial Pilon fractures.Methods40 patients with open tibial Pilon fractures were divided into two groups. Control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation treatment,observation group underwent open reduction and internal fixation with VSD therapy. Compare two groups of curative effect.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90.0%,observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 75.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation combined with VSD in the treatment of open tibial Pilon fractures is better.
