为了探讨医院临床药学管理工作中实用型较高的管理系统，保证医院工作质量的全面性。我院药学管理中采用PDCA（戴明环）管理办法，将我院的药学工作开展实现程序化管理。经过一系列管理后，借助PDCA循环管理方式，为临床药师工作制定了相应的制度和标准，并对工作绩效进行考核，达到临床初步任何。因此可知，PDCA管理不仅在临床药学上可以实现很好的应用，同时还能更好的帮助医院更好的实施管理工作。%In order to explore the practical management of the hospital clinical pharmacy higher management system,to ensure the quality of hospital comprehensive. For our hospital pharmacy management using PDCA management method (deming circle),would be our hospital pharmacy work to carry out the procedural management. After a series of management,with the aid of PDCA cycle management way,for the clinical pharmacists work developed a corresponding system and standard,and the job performance evaluation,to clinical preliminary any. Therefore,the PDCA management not only can achieve very good application in the clinical pharmacy,at the same time also can better help hospitals better implementation of the management work.
