腹腔镜肾盂切开取石术中配合输尿管镜取石24例报告

摘要

目的：总结分析腹腔镜肾盂切开取石术中配合输尿管镜取石的临床效果。方法在2014年2月～2015年8月选取我院接收的24例肾结石患者，所有患者在治疗中采用腹腔镜肾盂切开取石术中配合输尿管镜取石，对这24例患者治疗的相关资料进行回顾分析。结果24例患者手术时间为（92.5±28.2）min，术中出血量为（64.0±14.4）ml，所有患者均取得了手术成功，后期经过检查，患者腹部没有残石存在。结论对于肾结石患者在手术治疗过程中采用腹腔镜肾盂切开取石术中配合输尿管镜取石可充分发挥微创手术治疗的优势，提高患者的治疗效果，改善患者的临床症状，促进患者生活质量的提高。%Objective To summarize the clinical effect of laparoscopic pelvilithotomy combined with ureteroscopy lithotomy.Methods From February 2014 to August 2015,selected our hospital received 24 patients with kidney stones,al cut were used laparoscopic pelvilithotomy combined with ureteroscopy lithotomy. The relevant data of the 24 patients were treated for retrospective analysis.Results 24 patients with operation time was(92.5±28.2) min,intraoperative blood loss for(64.0±14.4)ml. Al patients had the surgery success,later checked,patients with abdominal residual stone does not exist.ConclusionFor patients with kidney stones used laparoscopic pelvilithotomy combined with ureteroscopy lithotomy,can give ful play to the advantages of minimaly invasive surgery treatment,and improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the clinical symptoms,promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
