目的：对女性更年期综合征应用坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮治疗的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法选取于2013年11月～2016年2月在我院接受治疗的女性更年期综合征患者111例，并随机分为对照组（54例）和实验组（57例），对分别应用戊酸雌二醇片和坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮治疗的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的K评分低于对照组，显效率和治疗总有效率均高于对照组[66.67%、92.98%vs.29.63%、70.37%]，组间差异经t检验，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论女性更年期综合征应用坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮治疗的临床疗效理想。%Objective Clinical ef ect of kun tai capsule combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of menopausal syndrome is to be studied. Methods Chose 111 patients of menopausal syndrome who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to February 2016 and separated them into control group(54 patients)and study group(57 patients)at random,and then compared clinical effects of estradiol valerate tablet treatment and kun tai capsule combined with dydrogesterone treatment between two groups. Results Patients’K assessment score in study group were quite lower than that in control group,besides,patients’explicit ef iciency and treatment ef icacy in study group were much higher than that in control group[66.67%、92.98%vs. 29.63%、70.37%]. There was a dif erential between two groups and such a dif erential had statistic value according to T-Check(P<0.05). Conclusion Kun tai capsule combined with dydrogesterone is quite ef ective in treatment of menopausal syndrome,thus,such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
