健康教育指导在老年糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中的应用及价值评价

摘要

目的：分析健康教育指导在老年糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中的应用效果。方法随机选我院慢性病随访管理的老年糖尿病患者90例，给予健康教育指导，观察指导慢性病随访管理的前后患者的血糖控制情况、低血糖反应以及局部不良反应发生情况。结果实施健康教育指导后患者的空腹血糖值、饭后2 h血糖值、低血糖发生率均低于实施前，前后数据对比，P＜0.05。结论将健康教育指导实施到老年糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中，可有效控制血糖，提高患者自我保健意识，避免因注射方式不当引起的并发症，提高患者生存质量。%Objective To analysis on application effect of health education in elderly diabetic patients with insulin treatment. Methods 90 cases of elderly diabetic patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected,giving health education guidance,observed before and after the guidance glycaemic control, anti hypoglycemia and local adverse reactions occurred. Results Patients with fasting blood glucose value after the implementation of the health education guidance,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,incidence of hypoglycemia were significantly lower than that before the implementation,data comparison,P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of health education to the elderly with diabetes insulin treatment process,effective control of blood glucose,improve patient The self health care consciousness,avoid the complications caused by improper injection,improve the quality of life of patients.
