临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods We divided 160 patients into two groups,observation group used clinical nursing pathway and control group used routine nursing,comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of bronchial pneumonia is ideal.%目的：探讨临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果。方法随机将160例支气管肺炎患儿平均分为2组。观察组行临床护理路径，对照组行常规护理，比较2组护理效果。结果观察组治疗依从性、护理满意度及住院时间等指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径应用于小儿支气管肺炎效果理想。
