优质护理在上消化道大出血急诊抢救患者的应用效果

摘要

目的：分析优质护理在上消化道大出血患者急诊抢救中的应用价值。方法实验组及对照组分别应用优质护理及常规护理，比较两组治疗效果、护理满意度、止血时间及住院时间。结果实验组止血时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论上消化道大出血患者急救过程中实施优质护理可有效促进患者康复，提升患者满意度。%Objective To analyze the value of quality care on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency rescue.MethodsThe experimental group and the control group were applied to quality care and routine care respectively. Satisfaction with care,bleeding time and hospital stay of two groups were compared. Results Bleeding time and hospital stay of experimental group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction scores of experimental group were also significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients during emergency delivery of quality care can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,enhance the satisfaction of patients.
