对老年慢性支气管炎患者进行综合护理的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods In our hospital,98 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis as the research object. In the same therapeutic measures,given control group routine nursing measures, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing mode.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group reached 93.9%, the control group the total effective rate was 71.4%. The observation group patients satisfaction rate with nursing effect was 95.9%,was higher than that of control group of 73.5%.Conclusion When treating patients with senile chronic bronchitis,comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic efficiency,improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing,effectively reduce nurse patient disputes.%目的：研究探讨综合护理在老年慢性支气管炎中的临床应用效果。方法将我院收治的慢性支气管炎老年患者98例作为本次研究对象。在治疗措施相同的基础上，给予对照组常规化的护理措施，观察组患者实行综合护理模式。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率达到93.9%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为71.4%；观察组患者护理效果满意度为95.9%高于对照组的73.5%。结论治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者，予以综合护理模式可有效提高临床治疗有效率，提高患者临床护理满意度，有效减少护患纠纷。
