急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理应用体会

摘要

Objective To analyze the application method and effect of the whole course nursing in the emergency patients.Methods 48 cases of criticaly il patients in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2014 were studied. 24 cases in the control group,with conventional care,and 24 cases of the study group used the ful course of nursing. Observation and comparison of results.Results The success rate of the study group was higher,the satisfaction rate was higher,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe whole course nursing effect is good,and the success rate is improved.%目的：分析急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理的应用方法与效果。方法研究对象取2014年8月～2015年8月本院急诊危重患者48例，按照抢救护理方式分组。24例入组对照组，施以常规护理；余24例入组研究组，施以全程护理。观察比较效果。结果研究组的抢救成功率高，满意度高，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理效果佳，抢救成功率提高。
