目的：分析预见性护理在骨科护理中的应用价值。方法将我院2014年6月～2016年1月收治的106例骨科患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均予以常规骨科护理，观察组加用预见性护理，比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度以及并发症发生率。结果对照组并发症发生率高于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组护理满意度低于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理可减少骨科患者护理并发症的发生。%ObjectiveTo analyse the application value of predictive nursing in the orthopedic nursing.Methods To selected 72 cases orthopedic patients at our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016,randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group were given routine orthopedic nursing,and the treatment group was added the predictive nursing. To compared the satisfaction of the nursing work and incidence of complications. ResultsThe incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). The observation group of patients’satisfaction rate was significantly higher,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care can significantly reduce the incidence of complications of orthopedic patients.
