目的：对乳腺癌术后患者性生活质量进行调查，并实施有效护理措施。方法向74例乳腺癌术后患者进行手术前后性生活频率及性生活满意度调查，比较手术前后性生活质量的差异，通过护理干预提高患者生活质量。结果乳腺癌术后患者性生活质量低于手术前水平。结论通过对患者及家属的护理指导，可有效提高乳腺癌患者性生活质量。%Objective Investigation on quality of life of patients with breast cancer after operation,and implement effective nursing measures. Methods 74 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients were investigated the frequency of sexual life and sexual life satisfaction before and after the operation,the difference of quality of life before and after surgery. Results The quality of life in patients with breast cancer was significantly lower than that before surgery. Conclusion Through nursing instruction of patients and their families,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
