老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者手术护理探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the methods of surgical care in elderly diabetic patients with appendicitis. Methods From May 2013 to June 2015, the hospital treated 100 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and appendicitis. These objects were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given high-quality care,then compared two groups of treatment efficiency,complications,and satisfaction.Results The patients in the clinical evaluation efficiency, complications,satisfaction was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion High quality nursing care can improve the treatment effect of appendicitis with diabetes in elderly patients.%目的：探讨老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者的手术护理方法。方法选择2013年5月～2015年6月，本院收治的100例老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者为观察对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理干预，实验组给予优质护理，对比两组治疗有效率、并发症以及满意度。结果实验组患者在有效率、并发症、满意度等临床评价指标优于对照组。结论优质护理能够提高老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者的治疗效果。
