45例小儿心肌炎患者的临床治疗分析

摘要

目的：探讨小儿心肌炎患者的临床治疗方法及治疗效果。方法选取我院小儿心肌炎患者45例，依照其病情特点给予相应药物治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。结果上述45例患者治疗后痊愈24例，显效11例，有效8例，无效2例，治疗有效率为95.56%。结论在小儿心肌炎患者治疗过程中，应依照患儿身体状况差异及临床表现特征给予对应治疗，以此保证患者治疗有效率。%Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic method and effect of the treatment of children with myocarditis.Methods45 cases of pediatric myocarditis in our hospital,according to the characteristics of the disease to give the corresponding drug treatment. Analysis of its clinical therapeutic effect.Results In 45 cases,24 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 95.56%.Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric patients with myocarditis,should be in accordance with the physical condition of children and clinical manifestations of the corresponding treatment,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment of patients.
