标识腕带在精神科住院患者安全管理中的应用

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of psychiatric inpatients using identification wristbands for safety management.Methods 3 736 cases of psychiatric patients,and randomly divided into two groups. The control group chose the traditional identification,observation group selected wristbands for identity information management,observed management effectiveness.Results The error rate of the patients’ identification and implementation of error rate,incidence of adverse events was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of identification wristbands in psychiatric inpatients can contribute to the identity of the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events.%目的：探究精神科住院患者采用标识腕带对安全管理的影响。方法选取3736例精神病患者，并随机的将其分为两组，对照组选择传统的身份识别，观察组选择标识腕带给予身份信息管理，观察管理效果。结果观察组患者身份识别与执行治疗的错误率、不良事件的发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论标识腕带在精神科住院患者中应用，可促使医务人员对患者身份有效识别，降低不良事件的发生率。
