高频彩超用于甲状腺占位性病变诊断的价值分析

摘要

Objective To explore the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid space occupying lesions.Methods 71 cases of thyroid space occupying lesions in our hospital as the research object,al patients were given high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, the results of high frequency ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination results were compared.ResultsHigh frequency ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Diagnosed of 64 cases (90.14%),including 4 cases of thyroiditis,thyroid tumor in 23 cases,34 cases of nodular goiter, thyroid cancer in 3 cases.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid space occupying lesions has high diagnostic rate, and has the advantages of safety and repeatability.%目的：探析高频彩超用于甲状腺占位性病变诊断的价值。方法将我院诊治的71例甲状腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予高频彩超诊断，对高频彩超诊断结果与病理学检查结果进行对比分析。结果高频彩超与病理学诊断结果差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；诊断符合64例（90.14%），其中甲状腺炎4例，甲状腺肿瘤23例，结节性甲状腺肿34例，甲状腺癌3例。结论高频彩超用于甲状腺占位性病变的诊断率较高，且具有安全性、可重复性的诊断优势。
