早期护理干预在预防骨科术后发生切口感染中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To study the application value of early nursing intervention in the prevention of incision infection after orthopedics operation.Methods Selected our hospital in treatment of fractures of 80 patients,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases. Control group of patients used routine care of orthopedic,observation group of patients in implementation of early nursing intervention. Two groups of patients with postoperative wound infection,wound healing,hospitalization time and satisfaction were compared,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results In the observation group of patients with postoperative incision infection rate and duration of hospitalization were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Observation group of patients with postoperative wound healing and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After orthopedic surgery in patients with the implementation of early nursing can effectively reduce orthopaedic postoperative wound infection rate,improve wound healing,shorten hospitalization time,improve the satisfaction of patients,and help to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.%目的：研究分析早期护理干预在预防骨科术后发生切口感染中的应用价值。方法选取我院接受骨折治疗的患者80例，随机分成两组，各40例。对照组患者依照骨科常规护理，观察组患者针对骨科术后切口实施早期护理干预，将两组患者术后切口感染、切口愈合情况、住院时间以及满意度进行比较，并评价两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后切口感染率及住院时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者术后切口愈合情况及满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对骨科术后患者实施早期护理能有效降低骨科术后切口感染率，改善切口愈合，缩短患者住院时间，提高患者满意度，有助于缓解医患矛盾。
