血常规检验过程中的误差原因及解决方案

摘要

目的：通过实验探究医护人员在进行血常规操作时产生误差的原因，以及解决问题的有效方案。方法收集我院检验科进行血常规检验的患者400个血常规标本作为研究对象。分析血液标本检验存在误差的原因。结果由于进行血液标本采集的方法不规范，采血部位的不同，抗凝剂的用量不同，与储存时间等导致误差的存在。结论医护人员在进行血常规检测时，应该在血液样本采集时提高采集质量，提高血液标本检测与运输速度，从而减少相关的误差，提高血常规检验的标准性。%Objective Through the experiment to explore the reason of errors in medical personnel routine operation,and an effective solution to solve the problem.Methods Colected in our hospital for blood test with 400 blood specimens as the research object. Analysis of the causes of errors in the blood samples. Results The blood specimen colection method was not standardized,blood sampling sites of different dosage of anticoagulant,and storage time lead to error.Conclusion Medical staff in the routine blood test should improve colection quality,improve the blood samples and transport volume in the speed,so as to reduce the error and improve the blood routine test standard.
