CT检查应用于腹部外伤所导致胰腺损伤的诊断价值分析

Objective Analysis of the application of CT in abdominal trauma caused by pancreatic injury.Methods Selected 30 cases of abdominal trauma patients with pancreatic injury led to the study from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,30 patients were treated with plain and enhanced CT examination. Results Among 30 patients,17 cases of pancreatic rupture,9 cases of pancreatic sweling,4 cases of pancreatic hematoma.Direct exhibit clinical signs of pancreatic contusion,pancreas hemorrhage and edema,the pancreas FAULT long axis perpendicular to the pancreas in patients with low-density performance line,indirect signs of patients showed 17 cases occurred hemorrhage omental sac and fluid,8 cases of left renal fascia thickening,5 cases of pseudocyst.Conclusion Application of CT examination in patients with pancreatic injury caused by abdominal trauma,the degree of completeness can be clearly diagnosed,for clinical treatment can provide important reference.%目的：分析CT检查应用于腹部外伤所导致胰腺损伤的诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月～2015年6月我院收治的30例腹部外伤导致胰腺损伤患者作为研究对象，30例患者均给予CT平扫和增强检查。结果30例患者中有17例出现胰腺断裂，9例出现胰腺肿胀，4例出现胰腺血肿。患者临床直接征象表现出胰腺挫伤，胰腺内有出血和水肿，而胰腺断裂患者存在垂直于胰腺长轴低密度线的表现，患者间接征象表现出有17例网膜囊内出现积血和积液，有8例左肾前筋膜增厚，有5例为假性囊肿。结论应用CT检查腹部外伤所导致的胰腺损伤患者，可以清楚诊断出患者胰腺的完整程度，检查胰腺周围是否发生积血和积液，对患者临床治疗可以提供重要参考依据。
