踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛护理体会

摘要

目的：研究分析踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛的护理方式。方法选取2012年1月～2014年1月我院的60例踝关节骨折患者，对患者进行围手术期疼痛护理干预，观察临床护理效果。结果全部患者接受护理干预后，共有37例患者的疼痛完全消失，占总数的61.67%，有16例患者的疼痛有所缓解，占总数的26.67%，有7例患者有所改善，占总数的11.66%，此次研究的护理结果理想。结论踝关节骨折患者手术治疗后会有较强烈的疼痛感，使用疼痛护理干预能够让患者的疼痛症状得到缓解，提升临床护理舒适度，减轻患者的痛苦，促进患者术后的康复。%Objective To study the nursing methods of postoperative pain in patients with ankle joint fracture.Methods According to 60 cases of ankle fracture in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014,the perioperative pain nursing intervention was carried out and to observe the clinical nursing effect.ResultsAll the patients received nursing intervention,a total of 37 cases of pain disappeared completely, accounted for 61.6%. 16 patients of the pain eased,26.67% of the total. 7 cases were improved,11.66% of the total.Conclusion Ankle fractures in patients with surgical treatment,there will be more intense pain. Pain nursing intervention can improve clinical nursing comfort,reduce the patient pain and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
