Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of routine urine test in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods During the period of February 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital,accepted 50 cases of hyperthyroidism patients and listed it as the observation group. Selected the same time period came to our hospital for pHysical examination of health personnel in 50 cases,which was listed as a control group. Of the two groups of subjects for two tests, namely blood and urine routine.ResultsThe density of urine was higher in the observation group than in control group(P<0.05,t=17.65). pH of the observation group less than the control group(P<0.05,t=17.65).Conclusion In the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism,urine routine examination is significant to carry out orderly treatment.%目的：分析尿常规检验对甲状腺功能亢进患者的诊断价值。方法选取2014年2月～2015年9月，来我院接受治疗的50例甲状腺亢进患者，将其列为观察组；选取同一时间段来我院接受体检的健康人员50例，将其列为对照组。分别对两组受检者行两项检查，即血常规和尿常规。结果尿密度：观察组的尿密度＞对照组（P＜0.05，t=17.65）；pH：观察组的pH值＜对照组（P＜0.05，t=17.65）。结论在诊断甲状腺功能亢进方面，行尿常规检查效果好，便于开展有序的治疗措施。
