中药熏洗疗法在低位单纯性肛瘘术后的临床运用观察

摘要

ObjectiveThe purpose of this treatise is to discuss the curative effects of the therapeutic schedule by fuming and washing with self-invention formula of Chinese medical at simple anal fistula surgery.MethodsDividing 134 patients with simple low anal fistula into two parts--experimental group and comparison group. The experimental group includes 67 patients,after local anesthesia and anal fistulectomy,were given the therapy by sitz bath fumed-and washed with our unique chinese traditional herbal priscription(decotion in bags with polygonum cuspidatum,galnut,salviae miltiorrhizae,radix paeoniae rubra,phelodendron amurense,schizonepeta,parasitic loranthus,etc.),twice a day,with external use of three-stone powder and red oil paste. Meantime the comparison group was given the therapy by sitz-bathed in hemorrhoids lotion and ceteris paribus.Results Observing the aching conditions,bleeding conditions and heal time after the operations,the curation effect of the experimental group was always better than the comparison group.Conclusion Therapeutic schedule by fuming and washing with self-invention formula of chinese medical can expedite the healing after anal fistula surgery.%目的：探讨自拟中药方熏洗治疗在单纯性肛瘘术后的运用疗效。方法将低位单纯性肛瘘患者134例随机分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组67例，在局麻下行肛瘘切除术后予我科配制中药汤剂熏洗坐浴（虎杖，五倍子，丹参，赤芍，黄柏，荆芥，桑寄生等由本院中药房袋煎），每日两次，再予三石散加红油膏外用。对照组改用痔疾洗液坐浴，其他不变。术后观察创面疼痛，渗血，愈合天数情况。结果实验组无论从创面疼痛，渗血积分及愈合天数都优于对照组。结论我科自拟中药熏洗方对加速肛瘘术后创面的愈合有一定疗效。
