依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗大面积脑梗死疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死的效果。方法随机将我院收治的64例大面积脑梗死患者平均分为两组，对照组行依达拉奉治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予尤瑞克林治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、NIHSS评分及CRP水平等指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死效果显著。%Objective To investigate the effect of urinary kallidinogenase and edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction of large arean. Methods 64 patients were divided into two groups, control group used edaravone, and observation group used urinary kallidinogenase on the basis of control group, compared the efifcacy of two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate, NIHSS score and CRP level of observation group were signiifcantly better than control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of urinary kallidinogenase and edaravone is effective.
