目的：研究超声与CT引导下射频消融联合靶向治疗在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法以肺癌患者86例为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，应用超声与CT引导下射频消融联合靶向治疗为实验组，单独应用靶向治疗为对照组，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果实验组总有效率（65.1％）高于对照组（41.9％），且QLQ-C30量表评分高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的肿瘤标记物浓度差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后的血清肿瘤标记物浓度降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，实验组血清肿瘤标记物浓度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用超声与CT引导射频消融联合靶向治疗肺癌，可降低患者的肿瘤标记物浓度，提高患者的近期疗效及生命质量。%Objective To study the effect of ultrasound and CT guided radiofrequency ablation combined with targeted therapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods 86 cases of patients with lung cancer as the research object, divided into experimental group and control group, the effect of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (65.1%) was higher than the control group (41.9%), and QLQ-C30 scores higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05); before treatment, the two groups had no signiifcant difference in the concentration of tumor markers (P> 0.05);compared with before treatment, two groups of patients after treatment of concentration serum tumor markers were signiifcantly reduced (P< 0.05); after treatment, the experimental group of serum tumor markers were lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and CT guided radiofrequency ablation combined with targeted therapy for lung cancer can significantly reduce the tumor markers concentration, improve the short-term efifcacy and quality of life.
