健康体检抽血晕针的原因分析及护理对策探讨

摘要

目的：探究健康体检抽血晕针的原因分析及护理对策。方法选择我院2015年2月-2016年4月收治的健康体检抽血晕针者70例，对其临床资料予以回顾性分析，再对晕针的原因进行总结，最后予以有效的护理对策。结果通过对70例抽血晕针者的临床资料予以回顾性分析可知，晕针的主要因素为：体检者年龄、自身素质、心理因素、环境、护理人员言语以及操作计数等。结论通过对抽血晕针的原因进行分析，予以患者针对性护理措施可以使晕针情况得以减少，我院的护理质量也可以得以提升。%Objective Analysis of causes and nursing countermeasure of health check-up exsanguinate treatment.Methods70 patients with health check-up exsanguinate treatment were retrospectively analyzed from February 2015 to April 2016, and then the causes of halo needle were summarized, and ifnally effective nursing measures.ResultsThe clinical data of 70 patients were analyzed retrospectively. The main factors of the halo needle were physical examination, age, self-quality, psychological factors, environment, nurses' speech and operation count. And then for the above factors to be effective care measures, halo needle signiifcantly reduced the incidence of nursing quality has improved.Conclusion Through the analysis of the cause of blood stasis needle, the patients' pertinent nursing measures can reduce the situation of halo needle, and the nursing quality of our hospital can also be improved.
