骨科常见护理风险的管理与对策

摘要

Nursing risk refers to the uncertainty factors existing in the process of care, resulting in nursing risk. The nursing risk management by identifying nursing risk, and to evaluate the risk of nursing and develop effective nursing risk management plan, establish department of orthopedics nursing risk management system, and strengthen their nursing management, enhance nurses' consciousness and ability of risk to prevent, so as to reduce the occurrence of nursing risk. Department of orthopedics disease complicated with age span, different treatment methods, longer recovery time and other factors lead to the incidence of nursing risk is higher. Therefore, this article in view of the clinical common causes of nursing risk factors put forward several nursing risk management countermeasures in department of orthopedics.%护理风险指存在于护理过程中的不确定的危险因素，导致可能发生的护理风险。护理风险管理是通过识别护理风险，进而评估护理风险并制定有效的护理风险管理计划，建立骨科护理风险管理机制，并加强护理自身管理，提升护士风险防范的意识和能力，有利于降低护理风险的发生。骨科病种复杂，患者年龄跨度大，治疗方法各异，康复时间较长等因素导致护理风险的发生率较高。因此，本文针对临床常见导致护理风险的因素提出了几点骨科护理风险管理的对策。
