老年患者血液透析相关性低血压的护理干预

摘要

目的：探讨老年患者血液透析相关性低血压的护理干预对策。方法选择60例60岁以上的维持性血液透析（MHD）患者分成对照组和观察组，治疗周期6个月，观察两组透析后低血压的发生率。结果对照组低血压发生率为21.3%，观察组低血压发生率为8.8%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论有效的护理干预能很大程度上降低老年血液透析患者发生低血压的概率，减轻患者不适症状，保证透析顺利进行。%Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures of elderly patients with hemodialysis associated hypotension.Methods Select 60 cases the age of 60 maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients were divided into control group and observation group, 6 months treatment cycle, observe two groups the incidence of hypotension after dialysis.Results Incidence of low blood pressure in the placebo group was 21.3%, observation group the incidence of hypotension was 8.8%, differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can largely reduce the incidence of hypotension in elderly patients with hemodialysis, relieve patients' symptoms, guarantee the dialysis smoothly.
