直接药敏试验在血液细菌检验中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：分析直接药敏试验在血液细菌检验中的应用价值。方法选取本院2015年1-12月采集的300份血液标本进行研究，使用直接药敏试验和常规药敏试验进行血液标准细菌检验，然后进行数据对比。结果两种方法细菌检验结果接近，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；前者检验所需时间较少，对比组间结果，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论两种方法均有较高的检出率，但直接药敏试验的时间更短、耗材较少。%Objective Analysis of application value of direct drug sensitivity test in the detection of blood bacteria.MethodsSelected our hospital from January to December 2015, it collected 300 blood samples were studied using direct susceptibility testing and blood routine susceptibility testing standard bacteriological examination and comparison of data. ResultsThere was no signiifcant difference between the two test results (P>0.05). The time of the former test was less, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionTwo methods have a higher detection rate, but the direct drug sensitivity test of a shorter time, less supplies.
