社区儿童预防接种常见不良反应原因分析及护理

摘要

目的：研究社区儿童预防接种常见的不良反应以及相应的护理措施。方法选择2014年9月-2015年9月在我社区接种过程中出现不良反应的106例儿童，对其不良反应原因进行分析，同时制定相应的护理措施。结果在预防接种中出现不良反应的类型，74例为一般反应，28例为异常反应，4例为偶合反应。主要原因是：32例为接种过程操作不规范，26例接种时间不佳，18例儿童个人体质原因，16例为疫苗质量，14例为接种环境及接种后作息。结论儿童预防接种中加强对不良反应的监测，实施相应的干预措施，同时进行相应症状的处理，这是提升免疫接种安全性，加速儿童身心健康的安全保障。%Objective To study the common adverse reactions and the corresponding nursing measures for the prevention and vaccination of children in community.Methods106 children with adverse reactions in our community were selected from September 2014 to September 2015. The causes of adverse reactions were analyzed, and the corresponding nursing measures were formulated.Results The types of adverse reactions occurred in the vaccination, 74 cases were general reaction, 28 cases were abnormal reaction, 4 cases were coupling reaction. The main reasons were: 32 cases were not standardized in the process of inoculation, 26 cases were poor, 18 cases of children's personal physical iftness, 16 cases were the quality of the vaccine, 14 cases were the environment and the rest.Conclusion Children's prevention to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reaction of vaccination, the implementation of appropriate intervention measures and corresponding symptoms, which is to enhance immunization safety, accelerate children's physical and mental health security.
